A raw version of this recipe for
turnip green pesto (I have all the ingredients!?!) And...might you happen to know how long homegrown turnip greens can stay good in the fridge? My landlord gave me a really inordinate amount maybe 3 months ago, even most of which I haven't been able to use. But they appear to still rage fresh today, kept in a closed plastic bag in the fridge (?) Your thoughts would be appreciated!
