lil pre-jogging piece of banana (oh, I forgot to tell you, I started jogging, when I walk Chato, now...well, most days...started about a week ago, it feels so good)
juice and pulp of 2 oranges + 2 grapefruits + 3 skinny celery stalks + couple inches cucumber + some water in blender, very sunny and hearty
pt 2 of the raw cauliflower + sauteed garlic, onion and salt, tastypie!
the rest of the banana
1 ear of corn (raw, yes!)
most of the guacamole of 2 avocados + 1 tomato + guacamole seasoning, really good
some vanilla ice cream. yes.
